In support of the earthquake disaster in Haiti, our school is conducting a “Coins for the Children of Haiti” drive next Wednesday through Friday. Students may bring in coins to donate between 8:45 and 9:15 daily. Parents will be taking coins to the bank daily and the total amount collected, by grade level, will be announced on Friday. All collected money will be donated to a local agency which is collecting for this cause. Students should only bring in coins (no bills please) for this cause.
Do you have a rising kindergarten student or have a neighbor whose oldest child may be coming to Jeffreys Grove as a kindergartener next year? Kindergarten registration will be held on Thursday, February 4 from 8:45 – 3:30. Please get your child registered by bringing in a copy of the birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of address to Jeffreys Grove.
Just a reminder that Monday is a teacher workday. Students will not come to school Monday. On Friday, January 29 2nd quarter report cards will be sent home.
